AND THE OSCAR GOES TO…
For this look I had two great role models! A white shirt from Gap paired with a long Vera Wang skirt made an impressive appearance when Sharon Stone wore it at the Oscars‘ back in 1998. At that time it was a new and very unusal style, nowadays we have incorporated a style mix into our way of dressing.
Another gorgeous woman, my bloggerfriend Cla of glam up your lifestyle showed her fabulous version just recently. Today it’s my turn – usually I wear this lace skirt with black but to give it a fresh touch for spring, I find white is a much better option.
This is the time when I have a lot of social events and parties on my agenda and I am looking forward to the Italian Reception this Friday together with my daughter Alena. She is back from London for her summer break and although there are still piles of of yet unpacked stuff and laundry, we enjoy the time and going out together is a great mother & daughter experience! I’ll post photos next week and of course on Instagram.

Für meinen heutigen Look habe ich mir gleich zwei tolle Frauen als Vorbilder genommen! Könnt Ihr Euch an Sharon Stone’s Oscar Look 1998 erinnern, als sie eine aufsehenerregende Kombination eines langen Vera Wang Rocks mit einem weißen Männerhemd von Gap trug? Damals war die Zusammenstellung aus formell + lässig noch neu, heute gehört ein Stilmix schon zum guten Ton.
So auch bei meiner wunderbaren Bloggerfreundin Cla von glam up your lifestyle, die kürzlich ihren schwarzen Spitzenrock mit einem Hemd kombinierte und mich zu meinem heutigen Look inspirierte. Normalerweise trage ich diesen goldenen Spitzenrock mit Schwarz, aber für diese Jahreszeit finde ich Weiß viel passender und frischer.
Um diese Zeit gibt es bei uns viele Veranstaltungen und zahlreiche Einladungen. Diesen Freitag gehe ich mit meiner Tochter, die gerade aus London zurückkam und jetzt Semesterferien hat, zur Feier des Italienischen Nationalfeiertages. Noch liegen zuhause zwar Berge an Wäsche und nur teilweise ausgepackte Koffer, aber wir genießen die Zeit. Solche Events gemeinsam zu besuchen, ist einfach schön! Die Frisur ist wunderschön, meist sieht man Dich ja mit offenen Haaren, aber so hochgesteckt gefällt mir wirklich auch gut. Ah, ein tolles Outfit, liebe Annette!
Der Rock erinnert mich total an Dolce&Gabbana! Heute gefallen mir auch besonders die Frisur mit den Ohrringen, denn so kommen sie toll zur Geltung und betonen Dein Gesicht.
Ich finde auch das Herrenhemd dazu eine klasse Kombi-Idee. Ich finde auch, dass man das sehr gut machen kann und es sieht trotzdem edel aus.
