Pink kann auch erwachsen

Obwohl Pink nie meine Lieblingsfarbe war, auch als Kind nicht (damals gab es aber auch noch keine pinken Barbie und Hello Kitty Welten!) habe ich mittlerweile herausgefunden, dass diese kräftige Farbe meinem Hautton schmeichelt. Zartrosa, wie auch andere Pastelltöne übrigens nicht, Hellblau sieht an mir zum Beispiel total langweilig aus und macht mich blass. Außer im Sommer, wenn ich eine leichte Bräune habe, aber dann sieht eh fast alles gut aus…

Nachdem ich Komplettlooks in Schwarz liebe, manchmal aber auch gerne Farbe trage, habe ich meinen pinken, kuschelig weichen Merinowollponcho von HOPE Fashion dazu kombiniert. Im Sommer habe ich ihn übrigens hier mit Weiß getragen. Mittlerweile ist er ausverkauft, es gibt aber einen ähnlichen Poncho in einem wunderschönen Hummerrot.

Schuhe machen den Unterschied!

Schuhe sind für jedes Outfit extrem wichtig: Die „falschen“ oder einfach nur langweilige Schuhe können ein Outfit komplett ruinieren, andererseits machen tolle Schuhe erst einen bestimmten Stil aus oder können einen Jeans & T-Shirt Look total aufwerten.

Meine Pumps von Baldinini habe ich vor etlichen Jahren für ein paar Euro bei ebay ersteigert und trage sie zum Weggehen immer wieder gerne, weil sie einfach ein Hingucker sind!

So gestylt ist Pink alles andere als mädchenhaft – aber vielleicht genau richtig für große Mädchen 😉

A SOPHISTICATED STYLING OF PINK

Adding a bright colour to an all black look

Pink has never been my favourite colour, not even as a child (there hasn’t been an entire pink Hello Kitty or Barbie world anyway!) but in the meantime I found out pink is a very flattering colour for my complexion.
A blush pink tone and all pastel colours make me look really pale, that’s why I don’t wear light blue – except in summer but then everything looks better with a nice sun tan, right?

Since I love black but also need some colour from time to time, I paired black with my soft merino wool poncho by HOPE Fashion. Last summer I wore it with a white look here. The pink poncho is sold out now but there is a similar one in a beautiful lobster red.

Shoes make all the difference!

Shoes are very important for any outfit: „Wrong“ or boring shoes can completely ruin a look but on the other hand a pair of super stylish shoes can be the highlight of an outfit and add a special style, just think of jeans and a white t-shirt paired with high heels!

I bought these Baldinini pumps on ebay for a couple of Euros a few years ago and love wearing them when I go out as they are a real eyecatcher.

Pink worn with black (faux) leather leggings is far from any romantic girly style – but definitely an option for grown up girls 😉
