Ich habe ja schon oft erwähnt und gezeigt, dass ich einen Stilmix besonders gerne mag. Das muss nicht unbedingt krass sein, sondern z.B. einfach eine gelungene Kombination aus fein und lässig. Damit kann man „besondere“ Teile auch mal in den Alltag integrieren. Gerne mache ich das z.B. bei schicken Pumps oder einem edlen Seidentop zu einer normalen Jeans.

Diesen Paillettenrock, den ich bei H&M gekauft habe – jetzt reduziert auf 25€ – trage ich mit einem lässigen, aber ganz seidigem Twinset von Banana Republic. Beide Teile sind einzeln ziemlich transparent, sodass man sie entweder zusammen oder den Cardigan über einem anderen Top tragen kann. aber für eine Party darf auch der BH mal etwas durchblitzen, oder?

Nicht nur an Silvester, sondern  für jede Party sind Pailletten ein besonderer Hingucker. Ein paar sehr schöne Teile, die ich sofort tragen würde, habe ich für Euch zusammengestellt, z.B. dieses Kleid von Conleys, das aus einem Paillettenrock und 3/4 ärmligem Strickoberteil mit hohem Baumwoll- und Seidenanteil besteht, finde ich genial!
Was immer passt und wie ich eben schon sagte, auch superschick zu Jeans aussieht, ist ein Paillettenoberteil wie dieses im Layerstil von Esprit.
Und wenn man gerne mit Pailletten ein paar Akzente setzen möchte, ist dieser Schal von Breuninger, den es in Silber/Grau und in Gold/Beige gibt, einfach ein zarter Traum…

SEQUINED PARTY STYLE FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE

I don’t do a 2015 review here but instead I am celebrating 2016 with my party outfit.

Several times I have mentioned that I like to mix different styles. Whether you want to set a highlight or balance out a look. It is also a good option to integrate something elegant or formal into a daily outfit like high heels with casual jeans or stylish party top under a knitted cardigan.

Sequins are ideal whether you’re dressing up or adding a little extra shine to your look. Recently I bought this sequined skirt from H&M and now it is on sale almost half price. I kept everything else in black and paired it with a light, silky twinset from Banana Republic. Both the top and the cardigan are quite see-through but I think that’s ok for New Year’s eve 😉

Not only for NYE but any party throughout the year, sequins are a perfect accessory and I have put together a couple of gorgeous pieces which I’d instantly wear.
Check out this fabulous holographic sequin tunic from asos. A black crystal clutch from Nordstrom or theses beautiful bow heels from Boden can be styled elegantly but also look stunning with jeans!
