… und dazu viele kleine Details!

 

Bunte Farben habe ich in letzter Zeit nicht getragen. Im Winter habe ich einfach wesentlich mehr schwarze oder dunkle Hosen an und mir ist nicht nach viel Farbe. Obwohl eigentlich ja das Gegenteil der Fall sein sollte und es heißt, man soll stimmungsaufhellende Töne tragen, wenn die Natur eher eintönig ist.In der Regel sind es bei mir eh nie mehr als 2 Farbtöne, ich mag es, wenn alles farblich und mustermäßig koordiniert und „aufgeräumt“ ist. Mit mehreren Farben in einem Look oder einem Mustermix konnte ich mich noch nie anfreunden, auch wenn das zeitweise immer wieder recht aktuell ist. Streifen zu geblümt? Nichts für mich, das ist für mich nicht stimmig und passt nicht zu mir. Damit es aber dennoch nicht langweilig wird, achte ich auf Details, wie hier das samtige Top in Ausbrenneroptik von &other stories, das extrem weiche Material in Wildlederoptik meiner derzeitigen Lieblingsjacke von Tchibo, viel goldenem Schmuck und meiner kleinen blauen Tasche von ZWEI.

In meinem letzten Post hatte ich diese Stiefel in einem Cremeton gezeigt und heute in dunkelblau – wieder mit goldfarbenen Details am Absatz. Ich mache das häufiger: Wenn mir etwas gut gefällt und passt, kaufe ich es in zwei Farben. Macht Ihr das auch?

Riesig stolz bin ich, dass ich nun schon zum zweiten Mal von der britischen „Who What Wear“ unter den „Besten Fashionbloggern jeder Altersgruppe“ aufgeführt wurde. Bei so tollen Frauen 40+ ist es mir sogar egal, dass ich dabei in die 60er Kategorie gerutscht bin 😉

TWO-TONE LOOK IN BLUE AND BEIGE

 

… adding lots of small details!

 

Recently my outfits haven’t been very colourful but instead I am wearing a lot of black and dark trousers in winter. I know I should go for the opposite and set some bright highlights against the dreary colours of nature…My outfits usually don’t consist of more than 2 tones anyway, I love colour coordinated looks and I am a true matchy-matchy person. Even when I am wearing a mix of styles, harmony of colours is still very important for me. I don’t care if a pattern mix is trendy or not – to me it feels completely wrong to pair stripes and floral prints.

In my last post I showed you my new long boots in a light cream tone, today I am wearing them in navy blue. Do you do that as well? Buying things in two different colours?

My velvet top is from &other stories and actually my daughter’s… we tend to share our wardrobe and accessories a lot. Hope you won’t get tired of my faux suede jacket from Tchibo but I am currently wearing it all the time!
