Ich bin ja die größte, wenn es darum geht, über das Wetter und die Winterzeit zu jammern und schimpfen! Es beeinflusst mein Wohlbefinden einfach ganz massiv. Aber wenn ich jetzt auf meine Wetter App schaue und dort für dieses Wochenende und sogar die ganze nächste Woche das Sonnensymbol und zweistellige Plusgrade sehe, lebe ich auf! Heute war mein Auto in der Waschanlage, ich habe pinkfarbene Primeln als ersten Farbtupfer für meine Terrasse gekauft und saß nachmittags mit meiner Tasse Cappuccino auf der Terrasse. Herrlich – für mich ist das ein komplett anderes Lebensgefühl als im Winter!Meine Stiefeletten blieben im Schuhschrank und natürlich ohne Socken ging es in diesen silbernen Plateauslippers von Finery London zum Wochenendeinkauf. Das Thema „keine Socken“ liegt bei uns in der Familie, meine Mutter trägt selbst in Gummi- und Winterstiefeln keine (ich muss sie mal fragen, ob sie überhaupt Socken hat!!)
Die britische Marke Finery habe ich schon vor einiger Zeit entdeckt und stelle ich Euch nächste Woche zusammen mit meinen Bloggerfreundinnen der Over40Collective ausführlicher vor.

 

Zaubermäntel

In der Freizeit trage ich Jeans gerne, diese hier sind Skinnies von H&M. Dazu passt bei dem schönen Wetter mein leichter, silberner Kurzmantel aus einer früheren Kollektion von Bon A’Parte. Diese Art von Mäntel hat meine liebe Bloggerkollegin Stephanie, die Modeflüsterin mit ihrem Fachwissen hervorragend als „Zaubermäntel“ beschrieben. Unbedingt lesenswert!
Ich besitze einige dieser Mäntel (bei Interesse auch nach „Gehrock“ suchen) die man in der wärmeren Jahreszeit draußen und im Winter super als Alternative zu Blazern drinnen tragen kann.

 

 

Zwei-Farben Outfit

Ich bin ja generell kein farbenfreudiger Typ und neben komplett schwarzen Outfits (zu denen ich dann meistens viel Schmuck trage), sind Looks in 2 Farben mit Abstand meine erste Wahl. Hier bleibe ich bei Dunkelblau und Silber und mag diese Mischung aus Lässigkeit und einem Touch Eleganz besonders gerne.

 

 

Metallic Slip-on Sneakers

Schuhe mit metallic Effekt finde ich so toll und habe ein paar davon – goldene Pumps mit Blockabsatz, silberne Ballerinas, roségoldene Sneakers zum Schnüren und nun diese mit Plateausohle.

Momentan bin ich viel unterwegs, vielleicht habt Ihr auf Instagram schon gesehen, dass ich diese Woche bei einem tollen Event von Tchibo in Hamburg war. Darüber berichte ich natürlich noch ausführlich, denn es ging um nachhaltige Mode, daher war die Show auch mit „Green Carpet“ treffend betitelt!

Kommende Woche geht es in München weiter und darauf freue ich mich ganz besonders, denn ich werde zusammen mit einer treuen Leserin shoppen! Wer, wo und wie? Lest Ihr demnächst hier und natürlich nehme ich Euch in den Instagram Stories mit zum Einkaufen!!

If you have been reading this blog for a while, you know I tend to moan a lot about the weather – we had a long winter and a lot of snow which of course is a delight for tourists who visit Bavaria and everybody who loves wintersport. I was in a stage of hibernation until I noticed the first signs of spring around the corner!
Warmer temperatures and sunshine make me feel better instantly – it is such a different lifestyle (probably I should live in the Meditereanean!)No more boots and socks but finally I am able to wear my new silver platform slip-on sneakers by Finery London. Not wearing socks is a family thing… my mum doesn’t even wear any with wellies or winter boots. I think she doesn’t even have socks (I should ask her!)

Short coat

Especially on weekends I often wear jeans and I chose my super comfy (stretch) highwaist skinnies by H&M. The warm weather allowed me to wear my light short coat by Danish brand Bon A’Parte again. I love these coats and own a couple of them. They are versatile and I can wear them all year round – inside as a great alternative to blazers at work or as outerwear during the warmer months.

 

Two-tone looks

Generally I prefer black or neutral tones over a lot of colour (which I only go for ocassionally). Two-tone looks are definitely my first choice and instead of pattern I often match different fabrics to add structure and contrast. I keep those two colours throughout my entire look including accessories which give my outfit the style I am looking for. This may depend on my mood, the occasion or weather situation.

 

Metallic slip-on sneakers

Shoes can either serve as an eye-catcher worn with any basic look (think of high heels with jeans and white t-shirt) but also completely ruin it (summer dress with brown outdoor sandals… seen it too often here in the countryside!)
Aren’t metallic shoes such a great option to add a highlight to your outfit? I own a couple already from golden pumps, silver ballet flats to roségolden sneakers. Now I am very happy about this latest addition of platform slip-on sneakers.
