„Streifenliebe, „Streifen gehen immer“ oder „verliebt in Streifen“… typische Hashtags auf Instagram!
Ganz ehrlich: Ich trage Streifen hin und wieder und habe vielleicht 2 oder 3 gestreifte Teile im Kleiderschrank, das war es aber auch. Ich bin kein glühender Streifenfan und wenn Muster, dann eher florale, am liebsten trage ich sowieso unifarbene Kleidung.
Klassisch-eleganter Businesslook mit Jeans und Blazer
Heute also doch eine Streifenbluse von Esprit und der wahre Grund, warum ich sie gekauft habe, waren die Volants mit Schleifen an den Manschetten 😉 Diese Details fand ich einfach hübsch, denn sie geben der ansonsten klassischen Bluse – und meinem Businesslook – einen femininen Touch.
Dieses Extra gefiel mir und daher habe ich die Bluse auch gleich noch in dunkelblau (ohne Streifen!) gekauft, ein Outfit damit zeige ich Euch demnächst.
In meiner Position lege ich Wert auf ein repräsentatives Styling, das bedeutet, ich kombiniere Jeans am Arbeitsplatz klassisch-elegant. Ich habe meinen dunkelblauen Blazer vor etwa 20 Jahren gekauft, damals ein sehr teures Teil, das ich vor ein paar Jahren etwas umändern lassen habe und ich bin nach wie vor glücklich über diese Investition!
Wenn ich Jeans ins Büro trage, dann immer dunkelblaue und meist in einem klassischen, geraden Schnitt. Diese sind von NYDJ und ich habe sie schon ein paar Jahre. Die Qualität und Passform sind wirklich super und kann ich daher in jedem Fall empfehlen. Tipp: Ein Größe kleiner bestellen!
(Ich mag übrigens keine Hosengürtel… nur falls Fragen aufkommen.)
Mein Look ist absolut zeitlos und ich kann ihn in jeder Saison tragen. Aktuell natürlich mit Stiefeln und Mantel (ich darf gar nicht an die bevorstehende Kaltfront denken!) im Frühjahr dann mit Trenchcoat und Pumps.

To tell you the truth: I do wear stripes and have got 2 or 3 pieces in my wardrobe but I am not a huge fan of that pattern. As you know, mostly I am wearing monochrome or two-tone looks anyway and I am more leaning towards floral prints than stripes.

However, the main reason for this blouse from German brand Esprit weren’t the stripes but the details 🙂
I love the flounced sleeves and little bows which add a feminine touch to my classic business look. Actually I liked it so much I also bought the blouse in navy blue which I will show you in une of my next outfit posts.
My position in the office requires an adequate style and when I am occasionally wearing jeans I only go for dark washes and pair them with a blazer. I got this dark blue blazer around 20 years ago and it was really expensive at the time but worth every cent. A couple of years ago my seamstress altered it and I still love wearing it.
Already in 2014 I got these jeans from NYDJ and although I have worn them many times, the quality is excellent and they are so comfortable due to the added 1% spandex. If you consider ordering from that brand, please follow their recommendation and go for one size smaller!
This is a timeless and ageless business look which is suitable all year round. While I am currently wearing boots and my camel coat (we expect another very cold weather period here in Southern Germany), I look forward to spring, my light trenchcoat and pumps.

Die Haare sind hinten und an den Seiten jetzt fast gleich lang. Ich hatte mir kürzlich vorne etwas abschneiden lassen, sodass ich es als langen Seitenpony tragen kann, da das bei meiner hohen Stirn etwas weicher aussieht.
Ich bin selbst gerade auf dem Sprung zum Friseur (Ansätze sind fällig) und mache Dir morgen gerne 2,3 Fotos, ok?

Yes, indeed a very good look. As well for the office as in other situations. Only when you are at the kitchen sink, you are going to be in trouble with those sleeves haha.
Nice boots with the jeans. I haven’t got blue boots and I miss them. They are good to elongate your legs when wearing jeans. Like you I don’t have many different colours in my outfit. Usually three colours. NYDJ are perfect. I love them. And I love your silver bag. Nice touch.

I let my hair grow but since I wasn’t convinced with the longer style (looked rather boring in the end) I have an appointment today! Not really short but definitely the side parts needs a cut.

First of all the coat is an absolute CLASSIC… it’s so elegant!! I have a camel one that’s similar-ish, I really should wear it more. The striped blouse is a beauty, I love how shirts and blouses have gorgeous details on cuffs and collars these days! Just very classic and very chic from head to toe (as always!), Annette. Bravo 😀
